Stamps of PANAMA
50c Reprint
The stamp looks like a forgery. Most people that don't know how to identify it, will classify it as a forgery. The most common reason is because it looks like the printing was executed poorly.  The following will show how to determine if they are reprints.

These reprints were never used for postage.
Type I
The shield at the upper right hand corner is open at bottom right of the shield. There is also a color less area in the condor's left wing near the shield.  Tail of the "5" at the bottom right hand corner is curved up on the top, this one looks like it is flat, but the tail is very thin.
Type II
Shield at the upper right hand corner is closed.  Tail of the "5" at the bottom right hand corner is flat on the top
Type III
Shield at the upper right hand corner is close at bottom left.  Tail of the "5" at the bottom right hand corner is curve up on the top
If you you would like me to expertize any of your reprints, I'll gladly do it for you.  I'm always buying reprints...
