This was scanned at 576 dpi, then exposure was changed.Then the colors were selected then filled.
This cancel have a "REO" at the top of the Blue Oval, also a very clear "ste" in the middle.
The recorded cancel with this marking is the same as in The Panama Postal Markings 1758-1950 (first edition) TWN-PAN-010 "CORREO at top, "oste pago" in the middle and "PANAMA" at bottom. This cancel is also missing to the left side of the cancel.
