1904: Very nice and interesting cover sent from Bocas del Toro on August 1904 to new york 11 aug 1904 with transit in mobile 9 aug 1904.
These stamps were printed with "PANAMA" Up and Down with a Bar over "Colombia" overprinted in Red and Blue Black handstamp.
Carmine Overprint with PANAMA reading Up/Down. Bar is 2mm wide and PANAMA starts 4mm below the bar.
